A welcoming community

Twin Cities Ski Club is an inclusive community for any cross-country skier ages 21-35 who lives in the greater Minneapolis · St. Paul area, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion.

Members in canoes rafted together on a city lake at golden hour

Our members are a mix of Twin Cities transplants looking to establish roots with skiers their own age, retired high school or collegiate racers in search of a new team, and apres-ski lovers who put up with intervals in exchange for post-practice brews.

The club is 100% volunteer run

An unpaid board, monthly meetings open to any member, and committees for practices, socials, trips, marketing, apparel, and the Dry Tri.

An annual volunteer night each January

Practice is replaced with a food-packing shift at Second Harvest Heartland in Brooklyn Park.

A food drive at November strength sessions

Members brought peanut butter, cereal, and cash donations for the Groveland Food Shelf in 2025.

Parking, course marshaling, chip timing, finish line, photography, and cleanup at the club's own race.

Volunteering at local races

Members organized and filled volunteer shifts at the 2026 City of Lakes Loppet. A TCSC member is also the race director of the Sisu Ski Fest.
